Subject: Fax drivers/programs for Linux

Good day,

Are there any Fax drivers/programs available for Linux ( or Unix )?
I've looked at GNU NetFAX, but it is too complicated. Also I want
to be able to differentiate between data and fax calls ( if possible
by getty ) and handle them appropriately. If none is available,
I am willing to write one, if somebody can point me in the right
direction. I've already got EIA/TIA standard 578 and
CCITT rec T.30. I am looking for EIA/TIA 592. By the way,
any body know if the EIA standards are online? Anybody know
any documents that can explain the procedure of data/fax
distinuguishing?

Thanks
Sarat Vemuri
