I had been thinking (uh-oh, not again...), assuming one isn't running X
or any hi-res graphics, is there any point to running the virtual consoles
at 9600 bps? Isn't is a lesser drain on system resources (?) to have them
at, say, 1200 (or less?). What could this cause or assist in? I don't
think the average user can type or read text at 9600 bps in any case.

Am I making sense, or should I just shut up and go away :)
