Yes, it does exist. Peter obvoiusly lost it while uploading :(
Look at tsx-11 or one of its mirrors for (???)/packages/GCC/image-4.3.3.tar.z
There you will find the latest libs from hjl.
The second issue is surely a mistyped COM1 :)
