I believe that a linux journal is a good idea. At UofW *I* am
considering of doing some research using linux, but my advisor informs
me that no one will really care, because no one in academic research
really uses linux. Thus, a journal might prompt academic institutions
to consider linux as a decent research tool on relatively *cheap*, but
yet powerfull PC computers.
