Try using the the IVdoc3.01 package, it is from an older version of
Interviews, and worked on my machine last time I tried it (a while ago)
Another possible option is to recompile the doc application. You don't
have to recompile the whole thing, and there are libraries already made
as part of the SLS release. Actually doc is also available as part of
that release (SLS).
Notes:1)doc crashes if there are no fonts available in /usr/lib/ps (from
memory), so make sure those are present first. There are a few bugs in the
sources that make it possible to select multiple font sizes, and fonts.
These can be fixed if you recompile the complete sources.
2)You need a pretty good machine 386 dx40 with math for decent performance.
3)there is very little support or documentation, so you need to be capable
of figuring out some things.
4)I use it all the time, and it is a really useful WYSIWYG package, that can
import postscript of idraw files.
