I've put the new version of acctkit onto sunacm.swan.ac.uk. This version
contains diffs relative to 0.99.8 + linus little patch. It adds the acct()
syscall and comes with the BSD NET-2 lastcomm and accton commands ported to it.

acctkit lets you see who has run what, when and for how long. It implements
only the basic accounting facilities. It's rather hard to account disk blocks
and the like on a VFS based machine.
