Finally (or first of all??), there is a newsgroup
comp.os.linux.announce which holds the really important stuff. The
most recent FAQ has been posted there about 2 wqeeks ago, and given
the relatively low volume of c.o.l.a compared to n.a or c.o.l, you can
bet you find it there most easily.
