ncurses is missing about half of the color routines (no HLS, and it assumes
ANSI emulation --- it doesn't accept the "setf" and "setb" terminfo codes) and
*all* of the printer entries in terminfo (which, luckily for you, aren't used
by curses proper).

Not sure if I'm allowed to send you an SVR3.2 manpage, but I have one. (I'll
have to wait until they load Solaris on the machine at work before I can get
an SVR4 manpage.)
