Do ordinary VESA boards work with Linux?
I have a Boca Research SVGAX2 that allows 640x480x16.8mil and 1024x768x256.
Can I use any of these modes in Linux? If not, does anyone know what the
SVGAX2 is compatible with?
I'd hate to have to use mono VGA with such a nice board... If it comes
to the crunch, has anyone written a VESA or SuperVGA driver for Linux? I'd like
to look at the sources (although I have no technical info for my board)...
