Is it just me, or does less (version 1.77, SLS-supplied) not accept
regular expressions in searches under Linux? It certainly doesn't
behave this way in general. (Yes, I can rebuild it, once I spend a
half-hour or so downloading the source over a 9600-bps link, but it
seems peculiar that it wouldn't work in the SLS distribution).
