Subject: Using the basic menus with Doc

I've installed the complete SLS 0.99pl6 release on my machine, and when I
try to use 'doc' I only get menus for file management and cut&paste. The
app-defaults file is configured with a large number of menu selections, but
doc doesn't seem to be reading them. Does anyone know how to get the full
menu bar?
