Hello Linux Users:
I heard about Linux OS only yesterday through a friend.
The questions I have about this OS are:
1. Is Linux a true clone of UNIX?
2. Where from can I get a copy of this OS and how much does it cost?
3. What are the Hardware requirements(Hard Disk size)?
4. Do you get the X-Window system along with the OS?
5. Is there a C++ compiler along with the system?
I have a 486 DX from Gateway2000 with the ATI video card and a FAX/Modem. Can
Linux be installed on this system?
