Subject: [Q]: IDE/SCSI combo with Linux
Date: Tue, 13 Apr 1993 12:59:15 GMT

Hello...

I currently have a two SCSI drives, and a SCSI controller which is not supported
by Linux. If I buy an IDE drive/controller will Linux be able to use that?
Has anyone tried this combination with Linux?
Linux won't be able to see the SCSI drives, but as long as DOS can see the IDE
and SCSI that should be OK.

I noticed a similar concerning IDE and MFM.
