I don't mind the inverted triangle for the logo because it is simple and
will probably turn out ok in monochrome on a t-shirt :-).
If people want a complicated logo (an oxymoron? logos should be simple
and abstract, no?) then how about a map/globe of the Earth with Finland
centred? Hmm. Maybe this would be better for a full-screen image for
fancy boot-up screens to appease people who like the title screens for
OS/2 and Windows. The again, Linux boots too fast to require such a screen.
