Subject: Returned mail: jfauerba@aurora unknown address
The following letter is being returned because the address
'jfauerba@aurora' is unknown to this machine (the address wasn't in the
pathalias database and smart-host wasn't defined). Sorry for
the inconvenience.

aurora is a valid name wich I can telnet, ftp, or ping. I have the config
and paths files in /usr/local/lib/smail. They look like the following:
config:
#
# visible_domain list the domains (primary first) we say we're in
#
visible_domain=ncdc.noaa.gov:uucp
#
# next is the name in our headers
#
visible_name=pc009.ncdc.noaa.gov
#
# this is the path to our smarthost (this could be sysa!sysb!sysc etc.)
#
smart_path=ibmser01.ncdc.noaa.gov
paths:
pc009 %s
ibmser01 ibmser01!%s
smart-host ibmser01
ncdc.noaa.gov ibmser01!%s
ibmser01.ncdc.noaa.gov ibmser01!%s
ncdc.noaa.gov ibmser01!%s
pc009.ncdc.noaa.gov %s
pc009 is my PC and ibmser01 is our domain's mail server. Any help would be
greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
