Thanks, will do. I will soon be posting a work-alike to the recently
posted 386BSD /dev/speaker driver for Linux. It's not all that elegant
since it's not really a driver (just a background task that opens
/dev/speaker as a fifo), but it works fine, uses minimal resources,
and plays IBM BASIC-style music strings.
