This is not true anymore for the port of the most recent release (0.999.3).
It includes the interpreter for lml/hbc.

The compiler seems stable enough for me since the first port I did,
as I have being using each new release to recompile itself (bootstrap)
and to compile the Glasgow Haskell Compiler, which I work with.
