No, it's not integrated with the WPS. (To pick nits, very little is:
WPS is just a shell/set of libraries that sits on top of PM. But
WINOS2 isn't integrated with PM either). The folks at IBM are rather
specific about that. The modifications are to allow it to run as a
DPMI client. Also, the seamless drivers are just windows display
drivers which make PM calls. You can install an unmodified Windows
video driver and use it in full-screen if you want.

The fact that WINOS2 is a minimally-modified version of Windows is one
reason why WINOS2 3.1 appeared so soon after Windows 3.1 (in beta
form, that is). It keeps them from straying too far from their code base.
