maybe it didn't make it out. So post again....but...
My tips to you are
My posts are often ignored ( and some bring suprising results!)
This is not a service but a group activity. Try expanding/con-
tracting/shifting newsgroups.
I tend to ignore long posts about anything. A post that fits in
20 lines is easier (for me) to focus on.
A subject line like "Help me" is sure to get low priority. As you
have said this is a large group and your post needs to be "sold"
in order to attract attention. For instance a subject like
"SLS: problem with XXXX" will attract me and whoever else uses/needs
SLS.
