Subject: gcc compiler internal error

Anyone has experienced gcc internal compiler error: cc1 error signal 6 when
trying to compile a C program (mine is a very simple one)? I tried to
increase DRAM r/w waiting time and also the cache waiting time. I also
tried turbo button. The problem is still there. Does this really mean
a hardware problem? Any help will be appreciated.
