Yes it is available!
Look at TSX-11 or Sunsite for a package called ipcdelta.tar.z.
But you will need to upgrade your kernel to pl7 and to add the fsync-patch
before you can go ahead. I don't know the exact location, but any directory
with kernel sources should be a good guess :)
