Subject: Trouble installing SLS
Date: 2 Apr 1993 03:36:45 GMT

Well, I spent a considerable amount of time downloading SLS tonite, and now
it won't seem to install. I rawrited the first two disks, and booted from a1.

After I hit space for the standard text mode (or pick another, it doesn't
matter) it says on the top of the screen:
uncompressing linux: check - unable to fill buffer
and then dies rather ominously.

I still have a previous SLS install of linux on the same machine (so I know
how to install this) but this time around, I have problems (never did before).

By the way, the system never requested that I change disks, or queried the
size of my floppy drive (like the old SLS install did).

Can anyone help me????

-Glenn
