I have tried nearly everything.
If anyone uses dvidjp (A dvi printer for DeskJets), please read on.

etc etc etc...the permissions seem fine to me....the fonts exits...
What on earth is the deal!??
I am using dvidjp simply as:
dvidjp < foo.dvi > /dev/lp1
As stated in the README that comes with it.
