$100 just for copying?
No. The key word is "advertizing". It's very expensive. People who
do not have access to the online world depend on the print world.
It's very expensive to send mashed flattened wood pulp all over.
Guess who pays for it? The people who don't realize that they can
get lots of software for the cost of downloading it.
