        Really, I hardly call a bug report complaining. If someone adds a
feature to the kernel, and it won't work then it has a bug. If nobody says
anything about it, it won't get fixed. I spent a fair amount of MY time
making sure it wasn't my machine causing the problem, but the software.
As other people posted, it turns out that the PS/2 mouse driver is detected
in a non-standard way. I'd _personally_ call that bad programming, but if it
worked for that person they might not have realized that it was non-standard.
If I knew more about the mouse, etc I'd look into it more, but I don't. All I
can do is to confirm that there is a bug, not how to fix it.
