Subject: MGR and my mouse

I just installed MGR on my 486Dx/50 running Linux 0.97.1, and the
Trident 8900C graphics card, which seems to work fine, but when I
actually boot the system, and get past the spinning globe, moving my
mouse results in random movements in a million directions with buttons
being pressed when I am not pressing any buttons. I have a Dexxa
mouse with three buttons on Com1 (/dev/ttys1) ... I notice that in
Windows, if I refer to it as a Microsoft mouse it works fine, and if I
refer to it as a Logitech mouse it works fine also... what could the
problem be?
