These are perfectly good files. They are the pieces that compise single files.
Before uncompressing the files do this:

                cat xbin2.0.TZ#? > xbin2.0.TZ
                cat xfonts2.0.TZ#? > xfonts2.0.TZ

(you will need the other pieces as well). After that you can uncompress
xbin2.0.TZ and xfonts2.0.TZ.
