You can find lots of dvi drivers on ymir.claremont.edu in the directory
[anonymous.tex.drivers.beebe2_10].
Especialy there is an driver for the deskjet:
[anonymous.tex.drivers.beebe_extensions]dvidjp.c
This driver will need the whole beebe package to compile. It copiles without
any problems under linux but there are bugs in the data compression code. So
turn the compression "XOFF" and "YOFF" off.
