I'm not sure it's a good idea, but if it happens:

>comp.os.linux.announce
>comp.os.linux.design
>comp.os.linux.bugs
>comp.os.linux

This seems like a good split, EXCEPT: it's not a good idea to have a
parent group, it tends to catch lots of cross-postings that don't
belong there. Better to make the fourth group "comp.os.linux.misc".
