The code is avail}ble from CMU (Carnagie Mellon Univ.), as part of their
complete DOS emulator. It's buried pretty deeply in a sub-directory
somewhere.

On a similar note, perhaps we would do well to port their DOS emulator.
It's publicly distributable, and >complete<. It runs flight simulator,
for example, and words on SVGA down through CGA to text only.
