As a point of reference, allow me to say that the
all-time-stupidest-tech-rep I've ever spoken to in my life was
employed by ATI. Supported their video cards but didn't know what
refresh rate OR resolution were. Kept me on hold long distance
(international) for 25 minutes (over $30 of my precious little
graduate student salary) only to come back on the line and say he'd
have to call me back. But never did.
