I was unable to find 0.97inc.tar.Z
Does anyone know where I should look?
I have installed everything else but if I try to run GCC, I
get an error that it cannot find a library file, which I assume
is part of the missing file.

Also, where do I find
make, sed, ln, and id for Linux.
The install notes for GCC says that they are all necessary.
