The MCC interim releases install 'cpp' in /usr/bin, since a number of
auto-configure scripts look for it there or in /usr/lib. If you install
a later version of gcc from HJ Lu, please remember to delete /usr/bin/cpp.
This will be less of a problem if the new package installation format
gets worked out.
