I was wondering if it is possible to run KA9Q over a 7 bit connection?
Actually, failing that, how about UUCP which would be just fine. I would
like to run local mail and news but the only connection I can get is a
7-bit connection (7E1) and there is nothing I can change about that.

Any suggestions? If nothing else, I'd like local email... the rest is
niceties. (PS: I have a NeXT machine which will provide the feed)
