The gdb.image from the latest MCC interim version of Linux contains
a statically linked binary of gdb 4.6 compiled by gcc 2.2.2d, together
with libg.a and a formatted man page. Simply rawrite it to a floppy,
mount the floppy on /mnt, cd to /, and type /mnt/install_gdb.
