Subject: [HELP] Where is <regexp.h> in Linux?

I am trying to compile an X application (bibview -- a database manager
for BibTeX files). Unfortunately there is a #include <regexp.h> in the
source and there is no such file in Linux. The source is using
"compile" and "step" from regexp.h.

I would appreciate any suggestion/directions on how to solve this.
