Because we have _NO_ Ftp-access to get LINUX and GCC and MAILPAK AND AND AND ..
It was expensive enough to get the bootdisk and the rootdisk from
Martin Juniusos BBS via modem.
BTW, my wife would kill me if I tried to poll the whole thing
from a BBS or a MailServer in the States.
I have to pay for eMail from or to the USA, too.

Unfortunately, there is no SLS distribution here in "Old" Germany
to order a set of disks from at a reasonable fee.
