Subject: Bootable rootdisk; root in ram?

I am trying to make my own bootable rootdisk (ala hlu).
I want it to set /dev/ram as root. The boot disk from the tamu
release also did this.
I have an Image built with a ram disk, but it wont load the ramdisk
with the rootdisk portion.

Help or pointers needed.
