Subject: Floppy overrun/underrun SLS???
Date: Mon, 26 Oct 1992 07:23:08 GMT

        Hello all Linuxers.

Last night I finaly had all the SLS disks ready and wanted
to install Linux on my home computer. My HW is:

386DX/25 MHz 256 kB cache, AMI bios.
        8 MB ram
115 MB hd (intended linux part. appr. 50 MB)
        3,5" 1.44 MB floppy A
        5.25" 1.2 MB floppy B
Colorado Jumbo 250 Tape backup system on floppy controller.

I put the raw-written a1 disk in my floppy station a and
after loading.... and some info about my hardware all I get is:

floppy overrun/underrun retry (if my memory is correct).
Has anybody had this kind of problem?
