From: anatoly@ritcsh.csh.rit.edu (Anatoly Ivasyuk) Subject: Submissions requested for sysadmin guide Date: Sun, 25 Oct 1992 06:53:21 GMT
I'm working on a system administration guide for Linux. This will be
a supplement to a good sysadmin manual which covers Linux-specific things
like how to install the kernel, how to do kernel updates/patches, and
stuff like that. I already have a few pages done. I am hoping that this
will supplement the FAQ in answering some of these questions for new
Linux users.
What I would like to request from the Linux community is suggestions for
topics that you would like to see in this sysadmin guide, as well as
submissions on certain topics that you feel to be relevant. Since I
don't claim to know everything there is about Linux, submissions would
be most appreciated, if only to supplement what has already been written.
Please send suggestions/submissions to the return address of this post.
Thanks in advance, and thanks to everyone involved for a great OS!
