Subject: Linux and DTC3280 Scsi-Controller ??

Hello,

I am trying to install Linux on my PC, but it cannot access my harddisk.
I have a DTC3280 Scsi-Controller (no busmastering, but PIO) but at
boot-time Linux doesn't recognize the adaptor (and no disks either).
Can someone help me??
Is it just configuration or can it be solved by a new driver...
...or do I have to get a St02 back that I threw faaarrr away for the DTC?
