Subject: X11v2.1 Screen Saver broken and messing up text restore on exit?

Xfree86v11.2.1 seems to have a broken screen saver ...
If I leave my box for a while, say an hour, then exit X386, the screen doesn't
get propperly restored, this only occurs after the screen saver should have come on: my idea is that there is a screen saver and it is trying to work, but it is broken under Xfree86 whereas it wasnt under x11v1.?
has anybody else noticed and or fixed this????????
also I was wondering if anybody has got xv working under xfree86v11.2.1, I found an xv-jump program on sunsite but it looked for x11Aw.so.2.0 or something like that anyways....appreciate any suggestions ;)
