smail-3.1.28 will be included in mailpak-1.4, which will be released as soon as
taylor-uucp 1.04 gets out of beta. Currently, everything works except the
bidirectional 'i' protocol.

I'm considering asking Ted to make space on tsx-11 for mailpak, so people can
get the pieces they need - I've got cnews up and running, as well as elm-2.4,
taylor-uucp 1.04, and smail-3.1.28.
