Subject: Motherboard incombatabilities with Linux?

Well, I'm gonna take the big plunge, and replace my aging 286 with
a 386 motherboard, so's that I can ditch Xenix/286 for Linux. At
my previous job I used Linux-0.10 (which I still have on tape) on
an Zenith 386, and had no problems.

What I'm wondering is if there are any known motherboards that have
problems running Linux. I'm looking at a couple of different el-cheapo
386/33 and 386/40 motherboards (leaning towards the 386/40s).

If you've had a motherboard not work with Linux, please, e-mail me.
I'd rather not be stung.

Thanks,

ja.
