Hi Activists,

I planned on doing math class work this semester with Calc
and Gnuplot.... I can't compile Gnuplot though.

It seems to be a headers problem, the compile is fine 'till
it gets to LInux specific stuff with vgalib. Then I get many
"<blah,blah> previously defined" errors.

I have gcc2.2.2 with 0.97pl2ish kernel and the gnuplot src
from tsx-11. Ps and several kernal compiles have given no
problems... I have a symlink from /usr/src/linux/include/
linux/ to /usr/include/linux/.

Do I need to remove all the -nostdinc from linux src Makefiles?

On a related note: I remember a mention of a math program called
Gap... would this be helpful for graphing and calculus?

Is there an X11 math package that could be used instead
under Linux... I 86'ed dos almost entirely but would like some
of the funtionality of Derive or Microcalc...

Any other suggestions?
