Hullo all,
It has been a while since i have been an active linuxer.. HD deciding
to blow up on me, essays, readings exmas... the lot of a student... heh :)
Well, anyways after installing a new segate HD I installed the SLS 0.98p5 system
and proceeded to go about installing the more important packages on my system:
conquer and dominion (heh, i cant help the war games ;-). Conquer installed
perfectly and runs like a dream, but dominion is another matter. It compiles
happily but when I try and execute it, the program will run without complaint
but just as it quits i get a floating point exception & a core dump. Dominion
worked quite happily under older versions of linux, though rather slowly because
of all the floating point stuff in it, but it seems that it and the new FP
emulator do not get on too well. Has anyone noticed any similar problems? Has
anyone got ideas as to fixing the problem?
thnxinAdvnce
chris.
