well, config (the binary in that distrib. didn't work with the new
kernels that came along although it is simply a case of compiling
config.c from 0.8.1

well in truth you don't! tcp/ip is a protocol, it is not telnet and ftp
these are just programs that use the tcp/ip protocol, X11 will use it
(as far as I can tell),... even without *ANY* telnet(d) ftp(d)
you can use, say, a newsreader,... but I thought I made reference
to where on sunsite you should poke around for network programs

hehe,... went to the london computer shopper show last sat, and
visited the VR centre,... cute sales assistants and lots of heavy duty
hardware,... pity the polygon drawing was naff,... still it was full
colour and the bar was way overpriced
