The Insite Floptical people want to enforce the Floptical's use as
a "floppy" type device instead of a removable Winchester. In order
to do this they make the device inaccessible until it is sent a special
"Hey, I know you're a Floptical and I know what I'm doing" message which
is: "1a 00 2e 00 2a 00" (SCSI mode sense, page 2eH, length 2aH).

Eric would have to add this to the Adaptec driver -- if he hasn't already
(I have the data sheet if you want me to fax it to you).
