I found the problem... the drive which wrote the disks was out of
alignment, and when redone on another system SLS installs fine.

HOWEVER.... I installed everything (option 3) and when I boot the system up
it says it can't find WD8013 (which is fine since I don't have one),
looks for SCSI drive (none), and then after checking the partitions
it locks up, never to come back again. Too bad I had to blow away 0.98p1
to install this version.

Any ideas?
