Hi,

I tried to install Linux last weekend, but when Linux began mounting my hard-
disk partition (# 3) to /mnt, it seemed that /mnt was mounted to /dev/fd0 !!

Did I do something wrong ??

I strictly followed the installation instructions.

There was however, something very strange: when I did 'mkfs' and looked on
the disk, on the specified partition, it contained only zeros. Is this correct
or not ??

Please respond to me by e-mail, or use the Linux-newsgroup..
